Cancellation Fees Policy

We understand that cancellations happen, and we want to ensure you're fairly compensated for your time. Here's how our cancellation fee policy works:

You're eligible for a cancellation fee when:

  • The rider cancels late: After you've accepted a ride and started driving towards the pickup, the rider cancels beyond the initial grace period (this specific timeframe varies by region, 7 minutes in St. Vincent).
  • The rider is a no-show: You've arrived at the pickup location, waited the recommended 15 minutes, and the rider still hasn't appeared.

You will NOT be compensated for a cancellation if:

  • The rider cancels promptly: The rider cancels within the initial grace period after you've accepted their request.
  • Leaving the pickup spot: You initially arrived at the pickup spot, but then you moved away from the pickup location after arriving and before canceling the trip.
  • Insufficient wait time: You canceled at the pickup location before waiting the recommended 15 minutes for the rider.

Cancellation fees are subject to BeamX commission.
