If you’re planning to go somewhere enjoyable, you can book your ride with our Scheduled Rides feature up to 7 days ahead of time. This allows you to simply relax and have a good time, without the stress of arranging transportation later.

How to schedule a ride

To schedule a ride:

  1. Set your destination, then tap on the ‘Schedule‘ calendar icon at the bottom right of the ride request confirmation screen.
  2. Select the date and time, then tap ‘SET‘.
  3. Confirm your request.
  4. Sit tight while a driver confirms your scheduled ride.

How to cancel a scheduled ride

To cancel a scheduled ride:

  1. Open the BeamX app.
  2. Select the calendar clock icon on the bottom right of the ‘Where are you going?’ bar.
  3. Scroll to the ride you wish to select and select ‘Cancel Ride’.
  • You may cancel your ride with at least one hour’s notice. If you cancel within the hour before your scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee will be charged.
