How to schedule a ride
To schedule a ride:
- Set your destination, then tap on the ‘Schedule‘ calendar icon at the bottom right of the ride request confirmation screen.
- Select the date and time, then tap ‘SET‘.
- Confirm your request.
- Sit tight while a driver confirms your scheduled ride.

How to cancel a scheduled ride
To cancel a scheduled ride:
- Open the BeamX app.
- Select the calendar clock icon on the bottom right of the ‘Where are you going?’ bar.
- Scroll to the ride you wish to select and select ‘Cancel Ride’.
- You may cancel your ride with at least one hour’s notice. If you cancel within the hour before your scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee will be charged.
